The coach and coachee mutually decide the meeting location while the periodicity and duration often depends upon the goals and the timeframes agreed upon. Meetings are arranged within the client’s office when the program is sponsored by an organization. Meetings can be as frequent as twice a week or infrequent as once or twice a month. The two can discuss any number of times over telephone, depending upon each other’s availability.
Yes, all coaching engagements are finite with a definite goal set by the coachee under guidance.
